Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Meraki, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Should you wish to return an item, we offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • The item(s) must be in the same condition as when received, unworn, unused, and with tags attached.
  • The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging.

Return Shipping
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Meraki. We recommend shipping returns with full tracking and insurance, as we cannot assume responsibility for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit. If a return package does not reach us safely, we will be unable to issue a refund.

Quality Inspection
All returned items will undergo a quality inspection. Items that are found to be damaged, scratched, worn, or otherwise not in their original condition will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@merakicollectiv.com so we can resolve the issue promptly. 

Non-Returnable Items
Please note the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Customized pieces
  • Build Your Own jewelry
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original piece and placing a new order for the desired item once your return has been approved.

Refunds
Upon approval of your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@merakicollectiv.com.
