Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to return for a refund. At this time we do not offer exchanges. As a reminder, shipping fees are not returned.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you offer free returns?

Yes, we offer free returns on most items, but customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to our fulfillment warehouse. Please note that custom items are not returnable. Do you ship overseas?

At this time, we are pleased to offer shipping exclusively within the contiguous United States. We are actively exploring options to expand our services internationally and will provide updates as they become available.

Warranty and Materials

What materials are used in your jewelry?

At Meraki, we use a wide variety of high-quality materials, carefully selected to ensure durability and long-lasting beauty. We prioritize materials that are designed to withstand everyday wear, so you can wear your jewelry freely without worry. The specific materials used for each item are always clearly described on the product page for your reference.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, we provide a one-year warranty from the date you receive your order, covering defects or issues arising from the craftsmanship of the jewelry. This warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear (including scratches), or fading of gemstones. It also excludes damage resulting from improper care (such as exposure to chemicals or excessive force), as well as any modifications made by a third party outside of Meraki. To ensure we can properly cover the warranty, we require the item to be returned to us for inspection before any repair or replacement is processed.
